Zanesville Country Club

Mark is now playing at the Zanesville Country club about a twice a month check the schedule for exact times and dates.

Mark has played at the Zanesville Country Club at parties, fund raisers, in the bar during happy hour and in the restaurant. He has also played for Rotary functions and at birthday parties. The Zanesville Country Club is a great place to play music. The dining area and the party rooms are a spacious places well suited for Mark's style of musc.

Weasel Boy's Brewery

Weasel Boy's Brewery is located along the Muskingum River in downtown Zanesville and is a really fun venue that is becoming more and more popular. Weasel Boy's is a great venue for musicians in Zanesville, OH. Mark will play again at Weasel Boy's on July 12th. The acoustics are really great in this venue, so this is really, a great place for people who really want to listen to music.

Schuster Center

Mark has played at donor receptions at the Shuster Center since about 2003, those in attendance included performers like Olivia Newton John, Smothers Brothers, Manny Ax (pianist), Nicole Bernadette (violinist). The Schuster Center educates and enriches lives by providing a world-class facility for the best in local, national and international performing artists. Dayton Opera and the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra call the Schuster Center home, and it also showcases the latest Broadway blockbusters. Additionally, a variety of local performing arts treasures, such as the Dayton Ballet, will also make use of the facilities. Mark has played at various receptions at the Schuster Center since 2003.

John McIntire Library

Mark has played at many events and receptions at the John McIntire Library which is located at 220 North Fifth Street Zanesville, Ohio 43701 740-453-0391.

Muskingum County Welcome Center

Designed for ease and access and visitor convenience, The Welcome Center is located of I-70 in charming historic Muskingum County. The Welcome Center caresses a six-block area that includes convenient parking, lodging, restaurants, Secrest Auditorium, the Lorena Sternwheeler, and specialty shops that feature pottery, baskets and antiques. Mark has played at numerous events at the Welcome Center.

Longaberger Country Club

Mark has done several shows at Bryans Place which is located in downtown Zanesville

Harvest Moon

Mark does occasional gigs at Harvest Moon a really nice Coffee House that has good food too.

Music Cafe (Fitton Center)

Built in 1993, the Fitton Center has served more than 200,000 people with 18 different programs and initiatives in the Hamilton/Fairfield area. Mark played there in December of 2006

A great venue for many reasons. Mark plays at Canterbury Coffee about every other month. Canterbury is a popular venue for many guitarists around the state of Ohio.

Lady Bug Coffee

Lady Bug Coffee is on Putnam Avenue just south of downtown Zanesville OH. Lady Bug Coffee has music several times a week and there are local painters and photographers who hang their artwork there in the coffee shop. Mark played there for the first time on July 6th of this year.

Fat Jerry's

Borders

Mark has gotten into the Borders Circuit and has played stores in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Borders opens up their Cafe to musicians on the weekends. The Borders Cafe is a nice quiet atmosphere for listening to and playing music. What makes playing at Borders so special is that it truly provides a great atmosphere for listening. The surroundings are quiet yet there are plenty of people there to appreciate the music. Starbucks Coffee

Mark plays at the Starbucks in Dayton near Mad River Road about every 6 weeks. Starbucks is the world's largest multinational chain of coffee shops, with corporate headquarters in Seattle, Washington, United States. Its great to see a large corporation providing an opportunity for local artists to share thier music.

Dayton Internal Peace Museum

Dayton Internal Peace Museum what a great bunch of people! So generous and so appreciative! Mark played there Friday May 18, 2007, when the city of Dayton was hosting its annual Urban Nights event.

Java House

Mark played at the Inn at Dresden for many years. Old Market House Inn

Mark played at the Old Market House Inn for 3 years. This is a nice restaurant located in downtown Zanesville.

Cozy Cafe

Mark has played at the Cozy Cafe since 2004. It has been one of his favorite venues and he always liked the warm and welcoming attitude of the people in Hamilton. Unfortunately, despite a successfull business the Cozy will be closing; however, it will reopen in the Spring of 2007 as Ryans Tavern. One of the best kept secrets in Ohio the Cozy Cafe has been a regular venue for many musicians in the area. Mark played at the Cozy Cafe every eight weeks. Mark was the last performer at the Cozy (January 27th 2007). The Cozy was a great place to visit if you are in Hamilton Ohio. The food was great and the atomsphere was very friendly. Many of us will miss the Cozy Cafe.Pamela Payne the founder and original owner of the Cozy Cafe passed away in April of 2007. Pam was a very special person and will be missed by many.
